Making Your Purchase
We aim to make your purchasing experience a pleasure for you and, with that in mind, we have made this website as simple as possible while at the same time offering you all the information you need to select your choice of Lulus products. Just browse our website and select the items and quantities you wish to purchase. These will then be added to your shopping cart. When you have finished your selection, your secure checkout is a simple 3-step process. After providing a few details we require to satisfy your order you choose your payment choice. You can then review your order before confirmation. After confirmation you will receive an e-mail regarding the status of your order for your information.
Back Orders
If in that rare event that the product you wish to purchase is temporarily out of stock, we will back order it for you automatically. When the product becomes available you will receive an email or phone call and you can then decide whether to accept delivery or cancel your order.
Payment
We accept both Visa Card and Master Card.
Shipping & Handling
All orders will be shipped out on the same or next day depending on the time we receive your order. Orders are dispatched via TNT which means we can track each order and guarantee delivery. A signature will be required from you as proof of receipt. NB. We cannot deliver to a PO Box address. Please provide a street address when you fill in these details. Depending on where you are delivery times will be between 2 - 4 days from date of order. If you are concerned about your order please call our head office on 08 8376 3766 and we will help track it for you. There is a flat freight rate of $17.50 per order which will be added to the total of your shopping cart.
NB Please note that if you are not there to during retail hours and you have not specified any particular delivery time an additional $16.50 will be charged to your credit card for TNT redelivery cost.
Returns & Cancellations Policy
Marks & Co/Lulus Scrapbooking offer you a 14 day ‘satisfaction guarantee’. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please ensure the items are returned to us within 14 days, unused, in original packaging and still sealed. NB. Postage costs are not refundable. If in the unlikely event your goods arrive damaged please contact us immediately on (08) 8376 3766. We will then arrange pick up of goods to be returned and we will replace the items for you as soon as possible. Your freight charge will only be refunded on genuinely defective goods.
