Shipping & Handling
All orders will be shipped out on the same, or next, day, depending on the time we receive your order. Orders are dispatched via TNT which means we can track each order and guarantee delivery. A signature will be required from you as proof of receipt. NB. We cannot deliver to a PO Box address. Please provide a street address when you fill in these details. Depending on where you are delivery times will be between 2 - 4 days from date of order. If you are concerned about your order please call our head office on 08 8376 3766 and we will help track it for you. There is a flat freight rate of $17.50 per order which will be added to the total of your shopping cart.
Returns & Cancellations Policy
Marks & Co/Lulus Scrapbooking offer you a 14 day ‘satisfaction guarantee’. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please ensure the items are returned to us within 14 days, unused, in original packaging and still sealed. NB. Postage costs are not refundable. If in the unlikely event your goods arrive damaged please contact us immediately on (08) 8376 3766. We will then arrange pick up of goods to be returned and we will replace the items for you as soon as possible. Your freight charge will only be refunded on genuinely defective goods.
